We recently came across this article and thought it would be worth sharing. Sadly, there has been a
huge spate of acid attacks lately. There have been more than 400 attacks in the last six months
leading up to April this year (2017), according to figures from Police Forces in England and Wales.
Doctors are urging for widespread first aid training since the number of acid attacks is rising increasingly. We think this is a great idea as it’s vitally important to know what to do in such a situation, the sooner you act, the more likely you are to minimise any potential damage.
